After we got back from the south downs astronomy festival on Saturday, the weather was still good, so I stayed up to capture the SII data on Sharpless 157, the Claw nebula. This is a bright (ish) nebulous region near the bubble nebula in cassiopeia, I had previously captured the Ha and OIII data so this would round off the weekend nicely. In total about 9 hours of data was collected – but to be honest I think more OIII and SII is needed, maybe double the amount, anyway this is the result of a few sleepless nights.

That’s a lot of data. Any plans to add some more Olll and Sll?
