When there’s nothing to do

Hi everyone this is my brand new website. as you can tell its all about astro imaging and this blog will tell you about my trials and tribulations related to trying to get the best out of my imaging gear, its not always straight forward there are problems from time to time at the moment of writing ( 23rd October 2017) the last time the sky was good enough for any sort of imaging was 21st September 2017 over a whole month ago and the forecast isn’t looking good any time soon. the weather has been just awful constant cloud, drizzle or heavy rain and windy enough to make imaging impossible even if the sky was clear ( Strong winds blowing a scope about does not a good image make ).

Its times like this that all you can do is clean your gear and plan what you want to do next.
